Bill Battram

Bill Battram says that he " came into art though the back door". Having spent most of his entire life painting as a hobby it was not until the age of forty that he decided upon a change of direction and began painting professionally.

Today although settled in Darlington he often makes the long trip to the capital where he
sells his unique portrait and landscape work.

During the summer Bill Battram often travels to Italy
and France in search of new and interesting subjects to paint.
